Joining Ilkor is easy, quick and free.
This is achieved by going to the Sign-up page.
The sign-up page asks for just 3 pieces of information so you can be registered and one step closer to playing the game.
The three fields that need to be completed are:
Email Address: This is required so the GameMaster can communicate with you. It is not revealed to other players and only used to play the game. Your email address is never given away nor sold. The email address will need to be verified, so you need to make sure you have access to the email address.
Password: This is used to login to the Ilkor website and gain access to the PC’s profile, timelines, messages, notifications, guilds, alliances and various other sources of information. Only you know the password and if forgotten there is a ‘forgotten password’ process that will enable you to reset it.
Character Name: Be sure to choose a name appropriate for a fantasy game-world setting. This needs some very careful thought. The name CANNOT BE CHANGED. It is therefore vital you understand this and give some thought to the type of character (race and class) that you intend playing. The game does have a naming convention guideline that the GameMaster would like you to consider and use when deciding on the name of your character. Each race has very specific naming conventions in keeping with the fantasy setting and spirit of the game.
Upon completing the sign-up page you will receive an email sent to the email address supplied. You will need to verify by clicking on the link in the email. Once this has been done you are officially registered and will be able to login by using the character name and password.
It this point, the GameMaster will also send you the Character Creation Form.
